A CliftonStrengths 34 Upgrade code allows you to unlock your full list of strengths themes and access additional reports and resources. It can only be redeemed on an account with existing results (e.g., Top 5 or roles-based reports), and does not allow you to retake the assessment.
How to redeem an Upgrade code
- Sign in to your Gallup Access account with your existing strengths results.
- Go to Menu > Redeem Access Code.
- Enter the Upgrade code and follow the prompts.
- Once redeemed, you’ll gain access to your CliftonStrengths 34 report and other related tools.
If you received an Upgrade by email, click the link in the email and Sign In to your existing account.
If you do not have an Upgrade Code yet, please reach out to your System Administrator or to a member of your HR team.
