I can’t remember how to access my old CliftonStrengths account - what should I do?

If you’ve taken the CliftonStrengths assessment in the past but aren’t sure how to access your results - or don’t remember which email you used - we can help.

Because our database includes millions of CliftonStrengths users, we’ll need to gather a few details to help locate your account. If we can identify your profile, we’ll send you instructions to recover your account and access your results.

To get started, please reach out to our support team and include as much of the following information as you can:

  1. Your CliftonStrengths access code (if available)
  2. Any email addresses you might have used (school, work, personal)
  3. Any other name you may have used at the time (e.g., maiden name or nickname)
  4. Your middle initial
  5. The username you may have created
  6. The approximate date you completed the assessment
  7. Your Top 5 CliftonStrengths themes, in order (if you remember them)
  8. The organization you were affiliated with when you took the assessment

The more details you provide, the better we can assist you. Once we’ve located your account, we’ll walk you through how to regain access.
