Access code bundles help organize and manage multiple codes for easier distribution.
How to Create a Bundle
- To begin, sign in to Gallup Access and select Code Management from the Menu. From the Quick Actions menu, click Create and Manage Bundles, then select Create Bundle.
- Choose the Code Type and Bundle Type, then click Next.
- Enter the number of codes to include and select the source bundle from which to transfer them. Click Next.
- Provide a bundle name, description, and set the code usage type (e.g., single-use or multi-use). Click Next.
- Review your bundle details. If everything looks correct, click Create Bundle.
Note: You can only create a new bundle by transferring codes from an existing bundle of the same code type (e.g., Top 5, CliftonStrengths 34, or Upgrade to 34) that contains a sufficient number of unused codes.
