The Code Management tool in Gallup Access allows you to organize, manage, and distribute CliftonStrengths access codes. Codes are automatically grouped into bundles, and you can transfer codes to other bundles for easier tracking and distribution.
To access this tool, sign in to Gallup Access and select Code Management from the Menu.
Note: The Search Bundle field only searches by bundle name. To locate an individual by name or email, use Advanced Search.
CliftonStrengths Code Types
Bundles are organized by the type of access code they contain:
General Access Codes
- Top 5 – Unlocks the individual’s Top 5 CliftonStrengths
- CliftonStrengths 34 – Reveals all 34 strengths
- Upgrade to 34 – Converts Top 5 or Top 10 results into full 34 (no retake required)
Role-Based Reports
- CliftonStrengths for Managers – Reveals Top 10 with manager-specific insights
- CliftonStrengths for Leaders – Reveals Top 10 with leader-specific insights
- CliftonStrengths for Sales – Reveals Top 10 with sales-specific insights
- CliftonStrengths for Students – Reveals Top 5 with student-specific insights
Code Status
Each access code will display one of the following statuses:
- Available – Ready to distribute
- Pending – Distributed but not yet redeemed
- In Progress – Redeemed but assessment not yet completed
