Manage purchased access codes, organize them into bundles, distribute to individuals, track redemption status and view email templates.
With the Code Management tool, you can manage, organize and distribute purchased access codes. It also provides options for grouping codes into logical bundles to help with organization and distribution.
Note: Availability of this tool and certain features depends on your account roles and privileges.
To access the tool, select Code Management from the Menu on the upper-left corner of the page or via the Code Management tile on your dashboard.
The Code Management page opens on an overview of the codes that you have access to..
Quick Actions
You can use the left-hand menu to navigate to different parts of the Code Management.
The menu has the following options:
Bundles
View an overview of all bundles that you have access to.
Individuals
Track and manage individuals and their access codes.
Codes
View your available code inventory and track the status of distributed codes.
Email Templates
View and edit existing email templates or create a new template for distributing codes.
Exports*
Access the exports that you have created from the Code Management.
Tutorials
Access guided tutorials and workflows.
Settings
Manage your Code Management preferences, such as notifications.

Distribute available codes to invite people to the CliftonStrengths assessment.
