This report lists each team member's themes so that you can visualize the team's individual and collective strengths and opportunities. It also groups themes into CliftonStrengths domains (Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building and Strategic Thinking) to help you understand areas where your team will likely perform well and areas where it may need assistance.
Note: All of Cascade's reports refer to the team members and filter options of this report, which uses the data from the Theme Table.

Use the following options at the top of the page to determine which themes to display for each team member:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Top 5 | Themes 1–5 |
| Top 10 | Themes 1–10 |
| Top 15 | Themes 1–15 |
| All 34 | All 34 themes |
| Dominant | The top themes determined as a person's most dominant (default: 10) |
| None | Do not display any themes |
| Bottom 5 | Themes 30–34 |
Note: The Team Grid cannot display more themes than a team member has available. For example, if an individual has revealed only their top five CliftonStrengths, selecting the All 34 option will display only their top five themes.

Each CliftonStrengths domain on the Team Grid provides the following information:
- The domain's name.
- The percentage of theme occurrences in the domain for the whole team. For example, when viewing the top five themes for a team with 10 members (50 total themes), and five team members each have two themes in the domain (10 total domain themes), the percentage is 20% (10 out of 50) (i.e., the domain comprises 20% of the team’s top five themes).
- The number of team members with at least one theme in the domain.
- The number of theme occurrences in the domain for the whole team. For example, if five team members each have two themes in the domain, the number of theme occurrences is 10.
- The domain's short description.
- The domain's contribution details.
- Each theme in the domain.
-
For each theme, the number of team members with the theme.
Note: A blue-shaded number indicates that only one team member has the theme. A green-shaded number indicates a top-five dominant theme for the team.
Note: The theme totals do not appear if themes 30 through 34 appear on the Team Grid.
Note: Based on your selections, the domain descriptions, contribution details and theme totals may not appear on the report.

The right side of the page lists the summary totals for the CliftonStrengths domains. Each domain includes the following data:
- The number of theme occurrences in the domain for the whole team.
-
For each team member, the number of top five, 10 or 15 theme occurrences in the domain, depending on the number of themes you have chosen to display.
Note: The Team Grid ignores the occurrence of themes 16 through 34, even if you have chosen to display all 34 themes.
Above the domain totals at the top of the page, you can use the Print Domain Totals button to include or exclude these totals from the printed version of the report.
