If I have multiple accounts, can I merge them together into a single account?

Why consolidate?

Merging your results means you no longer have to manage multiple usernames, and you can view all your strengths results in one place, using one account.

 


 

Steps to merge your accounts

 

Step 1: Merge accounts with different email addresses

 

Follow this step only if you have two or more email addresses linked to your strengths results and you’d like to link them all to one email address.

Updating each account’s email address:

Reach out to your system administrator to request an update of your accounts to be connected to the same email address. If you are unsure who your system administrator is, please reach out to Gallup Client Support.

Proceed to Step 2. Once all your accounts have the same email address, follow the steps in Option 2 to complete the merge.

 

 

Step 2: Merge accounts that have the same email address

 

Choose this option when all your strengths results are registered with one email address but in separate Gallup Access accounts.

  1. Open Account Assistance. Visit the Account Assistance page and enter the email address where your strengths results are registered.
  2. Check your inbox. You will receive a “Reset your password” message within 10 minutes. If you don’t receive this email, look in your junk/spam folder and add support@mail.gallup.de if necessary.
  3. Launch the merge tool: click Reset Password in the email. After you set a new password, you’ll go straight to the merge screen.
  4. Select and confirm: select the duplicate accounts to merge and click Merge.
  5. Choose your preferred username and password. Once you sign in, you’ll see one account with all your strengths results. After you merge your accounts, you will have the option to change your username and password.

Can’t sign in or update an email address? Some accounts or forgotten logins can’t be edited manually. Please contact Gallup Client Support if you need help.

 


 

Choosing your preferred CliftonStrengths results (if applicable)

  1. Open the Menu and select CliftonStrengths.

  2. On the CliftonStrengths summary page, click the gear icon beside your name.

  3. Choose the set of results you'd like to use as your preferred strengths, then click Apply.

Your preferred strengths will be displayed throughout Gallup Access.
