This article explains how to sign in to your Gallup Access account and what to do if you need help with your username or password. If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), please refer to this article.

To sign in, visit the Gallup Access sign-in page.
- Enter your username, then click Continue.
If Gallup Access recognizes your username, you’ll be prompted to enter your password.
If you prefer, select Send sign-in code to receive a one-time code by email. The sign in code will arrive from support@mail.gallup.de. If you do not see the email, please also check your spam-folder. - After entering your password or the sign-in code, click Sign In to access your account.

On the first sign-in page, select Forgot username? and follow the instructions to verify your account.
