Yes - if you already have CliftonStrengths results, you can redeem a new access code in your existing Gallup account. After redeeming the code, you’ll have two options:

• Retake the assessment and choose which set of results you'd like to make your preferred, active set using Gallup’s new Preferred Results feature.

• Unlock additional access (such as CliftonStrengths 34 reports) without retaking the assessment. This option keeps your current results and simply expands the available content.

Note: If your code is an upgrade to CliftonStrengths 34, it will not allow you to retake the assessment. Instead, it will automatically unlock the full CliftonStrengths 34 report for your existing results.

How to redeem your access code

You can start the process in one of two ways:

If you have an alphanumeric access code

1. Sign in to your existing account

2. Open the Menu and select Redeem Access Code.

3. After redeeming, follow the prompts to either Retake Assessment or Unlock Access for your current result

If you received an email invitation

Click Get Started in the email, then sign in to your existing Gallup account to redeem the access code and choose how you'd like to proceed.
