Track team progress by monitoring action plan activity, task completion status, and individual member contributions across your organization.
The Team Monitoring section provides information about the action plans created by your teams and team members. It exists as a tab of the Action product, which you can access by selecting Action from the Menu on the upper-left corner of the page.
Note: Availability of this tool and certain features depends on your account roles and privileges.
The Team Monitoring tool consists of the following tabs:
Team Summary
The Team Summary area of the Action product's summary page provides an overview of your teams' action plan activity and tasks. Use the Select team drop-down list to select a team to view.

The upper area indicates the number of plans and tasks the team has created and their distribution among the different statuses. Use it to quickly determine active and completed plans and tasks.
Click an action plan's name to view its details, or click View Team Plans to view all the team's plans on the Team Action Plans tab.
The lower area lists the team's members and the number of active and completed tasks and plans for each individual.
