View survey data organized by question type with flexible sorting options to identify patterns and prioritize insights.
The Analysis Overview section of the Advanced Data Tool displays all data values based on the Question Type option and the selections in the Customize Analysis section.
To change the data's sort order, click a column heading, and then select Sort ascending or Sort descending.
To apply additional sort orders, click the sort option on the upper-left corner of the Analysis Overview section, and then select the desired data measure from the Add Sorting drop-down list.
For example, to sort the data based on current mean with a secondary sort order by current top box, click the Current Mean column heading and select Sort descending, then click the Current Mean sort option and select Current Top Box from the Add Sorting drop-down list. A "1" will appear next to the Current Mean column heading indicating it is the primary sort order, and a "2" will appear next to the Current Top Box column heading indicating it is the secondary sort order.
