The Manage Reporting tab includes options for determining the visibility of reporting group data.
This section lists the survey's reporting groups added via the respondents file or as questions on the Build tab. Use the options in the Status column to set one or more reporting groups as private, which limits their report visibility and data to individuals with a specific role assigned to their account.
